credit creep

Inflation is everywhere my fine ones. For example, there is credit creep. What is this you ask me. OK so big stock photos use to have $1 per credit years ago. However, it is $3.50 per credit now. Also, photos cost more credits that in previous years. Yeah, it is a real crushing combo for us. Like they are big alright in a manner. Frankly, we pay some BIG prices.

Writers wax poetic on ancient times, but they forget that there were many issues. Hygiene was not the best long ago. Often, citizens would get sick and there was little or no medical care. Doctors did not have a lot of knowledge about how to treat diseases or prevent germs.

Houses are selling now. Foreclosure index at lowest level in six years. That is super news. Like we hope things turn around soon. Most renters need a place to live and rents are going up. OK so lack of new construction is the main reason.
