Colin Kaepernick says that we should abolish all cops. Law and order types are not so in now. Well, that is what we see. I really do wonder whatever did happen to his football career. Fellow colleagues, we actually believe it is over. Oh yes, a FOOTBALL career we mean.

 Houses should indeed possess a great curbside appearance.  Well, that is what the real estate agency says. Frankly, we can agree. Still, it is not so easy. Often, we must reduce clutter as well as trim our hedges and cut our green grass.
