Capitalism has failed. OK, so some blame the repeal of Glass-Steagall Act, others claim that this is simply a correction, but lets face it, we are going down. The execs say that they need to DOWNsize and OUTsource, and now we are all DOWN & OUT. All those factories they close down and send offshore, all those high paying high tech jobs they send to India. OK, now there is no work, no industry, we are gone.
The truth is that communism is a worse system, but we need something that allows people to live without the constant fear of firing. Instead of gov spending money on building bridges in iraq, we need some roads here. Truth is our present system is broken, execs are leeches, they produce nothing and draw big salaries. What we need is a new system, one that rewards hard work.
