Do look at home prices. They are way up. I am not kidding you. There was a house that sold for 299,000 in 2018 and sold for 400,000 this year. Hey, the price increase is massive. It has gone over 100,000 up. That happened in only a few years. Yeah, we can shudder at what prices will be soon.
