Steven Gibbs say HDR or Hyper Dimensional Resonator will work at its best if over a Hartmann grid also known as a grid point vortex. Steven Gibbs told me that in order to locate a vortex you can use a cheap transistor radio, like the kind you get at the dollar store for 99 cents. When you find a place when the radio cuts out and cannot get a station, that is where the vortex is.
I use a EMF detector cellsensor to find a grid point vortex.
