Steven Gibbs uses double terminated quartz crystals in an HDR fore more power. Quartz is my favorite to use. Calcite also works for us. Make sure that the points at the end are sharp and crisp.

Quartz in time travel

Does quartz really affect time? What is the magical property of this strange mysterious crystal? The quartz crystal is used in clocks because it has the unique property of keeping time in an accurate and reliable manner. I place double terminated quartz crystals inside the witness well of an HDR unit. These crystals come from a mine in Arkansas. They are beautiful and sparkling, but I feel that they help me focus during astral time travel.

Perhaps we are entering a new area of science. As we leave our comfortable shore and sail into uncharted water we shall discovery many new lands. The astral realm has much to offer, but I still wonder how a quartz crystal can affect time.
