Falling home prices

Only the DC market saw price gains. All the rest saw falling home prices. This should not make any of us surprise. It is obvious by now. Yeah, that there is no recovery. Folks, things are getting much worse. It is not a drill as they say. Hey, I do not want to say I told you so. BUT, I told you so. AND, here we are.

Home prices drop more

Good cheer in the holiday season. Friends, I told you so. Basically, home prices drop more. Truly, this is not a major surprise. People claim we are in a recovery. Well, that is not what we see. In fact, we now have falling prices. Got to go wake up congress. They are stuck on silly, singing major recovery. Please tell them that in a recovery home prices go up. What is the reason? OK so we are still in a recession.

Home prices

Home prices fell by 1.7 trillion this year. Yeah, that is trillion with a "T" my fine ones. It is a joke to say we are in a recovery. Things keep getting worse. People need to wake up. As more people lose jobs then foreclosures increase. This is what is depressing home prices now.

Home Sales Sinking

This is the last hurrah for home sales as we see. Homes sales cannot stand on their own. In fact, the tax credit is going away. Well, what can I say. This should not come as a shock to you. For far to long we try to prop up. What we should do is let if fall because fall it will anyway. I predict a decrease in prices. People without jobs cannot pay.
