greece struggles to survive

Prime Minister George Papandreou says that greece faces a battle for its very survival, and there is a country to save. Well, what can I say. We agree for once. However, debunkers says that everything is fine, and I am crazy.

OK this is a situation in greece is most sorry. It is like we could see this train coming a mile away. However, it is easy for skeptics to yell that all I predict is gloom and doom and that prosperity is just around the corner. Hell it is, things are gonna get worse.

Greek debt down graded to junk

It had to happen, but many are surprise. Well, wake up. It is later than you can imagine. This will mean slaughter for the pigs. BTW, pigs means portugal, italy, greece, and spain. In fact, we should all worry about the greek debt crisis. This problem will soon affect america.

europe in crisis

It reads like the making of a greek tragedy and then some. We are told that the situation in europe is even worse. OK, sorry folks, but the numbers do not add up. Sadly, it now appears the original european financial numbers were wrong. For how long will the parade go on? I mean this could bankrupt the whole eurozone.

Microsoft like IBM in 1985

There is an ex micro soft employee that says his former company is like IBM back in 1985 even. Basically, the firm has gone soft and is bloated with so many layers of management it cannot manage. This is a problem in corporations as they near middle age. At times some CEO types try so solve this problem by firing workers to save money. Typically, it is the best workers that leave, which then leave the company with clinkers that do little work if any. Perhaps for Microsoft the end is near.

Decline in euro

Uncertainty in aid in greece. That is the reason for a decline in euro. The problems are many. People are now concern. Perhaps it is a feeling that aid is too little too late from mighty germany. Rising deficits threaten the eurozone. What it needs is a growing economy.

Climate Bill

People worry on global warming. Perhaps, the new climate bill should be the worry. It will lead to global cooling as the carbon tax raises electricity prices. The cooling will occur in homes that cannot afford the new high price of fossil fuels like natural gas. OK, you already know we are running out of oil, but this is an attempt to make you a miser. Yeah, you will need to wear a warm sweater in the coming years.

Greek rescue

Plan is now for the greek rescue. There is much trouble for the world's first democracy and people wonder about greece. However they may get the money. Merkle is trying to get aid from germany. It is a sad day for the eurozone.

SEC goofing off

SEC was busy surfing while there was a crash in our economy. I believe the SEC is not up to the job. They need to do a lot less surfing on the net. People, were are facing a major economic crisis. The tip of the iceberg is greece.

London's Heathrow airport is finally put in motion as Britain opens its air space. This is a plus max welcome event as people were starting to worry. In fact, there were millions of passengers stranded all over europe. People, it will be a long time until things return to normal for the air passengers.

euro in woe

There is now pressure on euro. It seems the euro is getting hammered over greece. All this points to a new low against the yen. There is now talk of inflation taking off in europe. Well, we will see more increases in prices.

Things getting hot

OK so politicians say they want financial reform to prevent another bank bailout in the days to come. Whose side are they on? This seems like a joke to me. Politicians get big donations from the financial industry so they are not likely to enact any tough laws anymore. Get ready to drink more snake oil from those snake oil sales men. Some times the disease is not as bad as the cure.

Monday, April 19, 2010

Confidence is our gov is at a half century low, while mistrust in politicians is rising. People, this is bad and what I see is that things are getting worse. Instead of trying to help us.

Yeah, and we are seeing america become pavilionized more and more.

closure of european air space

There are many who criticize closure of european air space. Folks, this is a tragedy max major. Stranded are many passengers. It could have a negative effect on the entire european economy.

Robots are coming

People often wonder what is heading toward us. I predict more robots in coming years. They will do many jobs for us. However, few see the social implications they will cause. For example, we see robots in many movies. How in most movies they are usually shown as evil entities that want to take over. I prefer to see robots like in metropolis and chobits. They are what we make 'em.

China and Brazil sign deal

China, I mean Chaina, because the workers are in chains, signs a deal with brazil to build a steel mill. There will also be a high speed train link between sao paulo and rio. Great way to cut some time off a busy schedule. However, you do not need to use a Hyper Dimensional Resonator to see USA is losing influence in the area. Sadly, even in the americas. This is not a good sign.

Jobless claims jump

Folks were are sold snake oil by politicians that claim we are in a recovery. Truth is this is a depression not a recession. Also, those green shoots I hear about are actually poison ivy. Ask the jobless joes if you do not believe me. Jobless claims jump again.

NASA and GM send robot into space

NASA and GM are sending a human like robot into space. It is interesting that we have so few advances in this area. Personally, we would have expected more from nasa. Instead of the mars rover, we should have flying cars and men on mars. Ask CarlosX why is it that we send robots instead of men. This sound like a job for CarlosX robot repair man.

Industry failing us

Sad report from Alcoa sent stocks down because as I have told you, there is no recovery. Politician to to this recession paper over. Wake up. Things are getting worse. Industry is failing us. People want there to be an improving economy. I want to win the lotto or hit a jackpot in the crapsino. Simply because you desire a thing does not make it so.

gamma rays

Ordovician extinction 444 million years ago was suppose cause by a gamma ray burst that boiled off our atmosphere and reduce the air canopy. This let in deadly cosmic rays. In the future we could have another burst of gamma rays. This is a prediction from CarlosX. He says he saw people living underground in the days to come.

Half US children on food stamps

Folks, this is not a hoax, and it is so scary. Politicians say that we are in a recovery. America is strong, and everything is fine, but half of US kids are on food stamps now. There have never been more poor. Instead of addressing the problem it is easier to say - prosperity is just around the corner. That saying was max pop in the 1930's and we know how history records that era.

polish prez gone

Today, I humbly express my sorrow. The Polish President Lech Kaczynski is gone. He wanted to bridge the gap. Bring together poland and russia. Sadly, some one crashed his plane and no more prez. My question is who is it? Please do not believe this is a simple accident as we are told because we see.

Opposition seizes power

Those words are max scary. However, that is what happen today in the news. Kyrgyzstan held important US bases, but it was a repressive regime. The people revolted and now those bases are in ruins. In Kyrgyzstan opposition seizes power. When talking to a US senator he said "Everything is fine and you are crazy." I don't think so. But, what can I say. What use is it talking to a corrupt to the core congress man.

Hey guess the smell of burning rubber is in now. There was a man trying to smoke his shoe up in the air. I mean this sounds like a joke and then some.

This is an effort to go green. FEDEX will start using electric delivery trucks now... I hope this is a success. OK maybe more will follow this innovative company. Not only will this save america energy. In fact, this move will save FEDEX money. It is projected that fuel costs will increase a lot in coming years.

turning a corner?

Well, our prez sez that we are turning a corner. That reminds me of a saying. Namely, prosperity is just around the corner. That was popular in 1929 and ten years later in 1939 unemployment was 20% and what got us out was a world war. Yeah, as in the terrible WWII which led to a loss of life that was massive. Folks, we cannot paper over a crisis. Printing little green pieces of paper will not put us on the road to prosperity any more than drinking will sober you up.

Monday, April 5, 2010

Too big to nail

There not just too big to fail, but also too big to nail, as in no time when they do a crime. If you complain you might be a tewowist because everything is fine, and prosperity is just around the corner. Please wake up.

Where we are going

The question is - Where are we going? AND, many will not like the answer. This is because we continue to run hot our printing press. Lots of FED printing money. We then send the money to China were Walmart then buys items we do not need, and stock shelves with plastic dog poo.

Folks since our terrible Great Recession started, this poor economy has lost over eight million high paying jobs, failed to generate yet another two and a half million that we would desperately need just to stay even with our population growing and what is worse, industry continues to relocate overseas. OK what that means is that we are over ten million jobs in the hole right now.

Saturday, April 3, 2010

Prosperity just around corner

In 1929 it was common to hear - prosperity is just around the corner. In fact, things got a lot worse. Banks began to fail and our nation faced the great depression of the 1930's which we existed in a world war.

People, this is serious. Listen to what our prez says. He claims we are turning a corner. I wish that we so. However, reality is we are sinking into the mire.

goldfish

People complain politics is like a goldfish bowl where every mistake is looked at using a magnifying glass and the do not feel secure. Well, may politicians have decided to go pro. They believe in nothing other than getting elected and that means raising money. Sadly, the outcome is DC run by powerful lobby groups.

Youtube down

Youtube was down most of the day due to a new release of the program. It look now a bit wonky to me. The Youtube five star rating system is gone. This is sad because I would use it to determine if a video was any good for my mini movies. Like for example, a rick roll would would get one star, where as the real deal gets five.
