However, back in 2009 when gas was $1.39 a gallon in February they were saying peak oil was a hoax and to expect low gas prices.

Good cheer in the holiday season. Friends, I told you so. Basically, home prices drop more. Truly, this is not a major surprise. People claim we are in a recovery. Well, that is not what we see. In fact, we now have falling prices. Got to go wake up congress. They are stuck on silly, singing major recovery. Please tell them that in a recovery home prices go up. What is the reason? Home prices fell by 1.7 trillion this year. Yeah, that is trillion with a "T" my fine ones. It is a joke to say we are in a recovery. Things keep getting worse. People need to wake up. As more people lose jobs then foreclosures increase. This is what is depressing home prices now.
