Steam Punk is taking on a new wave. This clock work culture is catching on. Devotees seem to be from a by gone age. Actually, it is more than just clocks and gears. Old world charm does seep in.

Population

Population is going up. Most increases are in africa or asia. Little or no increase in europe. There are declines in some areas. Blame control of disease organisms. For example, antibiotics reduce number of people who do not reach old age. Also, there is better treatment for injuries. Yeah, we have found the reason. It is better medical care.

Sadly, the bells are tolling for Blackberry now. The only question is when they finally declare bankruptcy and follow in the footsteps of Nortel that other great Canadian company. Black bury, the 90's called and they want their phone back -  right away even!

Old shows are making a come back now. Look at this old school super man. Adventures of super man was in the 50's max pop. TV was black and white many years ago. Oh yes, we do wonder why these shows are popular again.

I see an interesting future for cable cars. They do not burn fossil fuels and use electricity so are more green. That could become more important in coming years. Expect a carbon tax to increase.
