Food prices are rising

Bringing home the bacon is harder they say. Food prices are rising. What do we get from corp execs. OK so it is more excuses. Basically, the reason is grain prices. Please remember that we are currently producing a lot of ethanol from corn. Due to substitution this drives up other grain prices. Hey, did I say drives up. Oil is also getting more expensive. This encourages us to use more ethanol fuel made from corn. Sadly, as a result we now have to pay more. Farmers must charge more for milk and eggs. The future price of eggs is going up.

Protestors egg cars

In LA protesters throw eggs at police cars. Forget about salmonella, as stores are running out of eggs. Why did this occur? Police shot an illegal alien that brandished a knife on a cop. OK as a result we have riots in LA now. It is more than just throwing an egg on a police car.

eggs gone?

Will it soon be a case of eggs gone? Maybe in the future we will do without this protein resource. A second iowan producer is recalling all its eggs. This is a problem for farmers that has image at its core. Hey, no eggo for you. While most poultry products are fine, there is much damage to its image. Sadly, many hen houses will close down in days to come. Future price of eggs will rise. Mostly, this is due to new regulations and red tape causing headaches to primary producers not the rise in corn prices. Please do not egg me on.

Eggs in the future

Few things taste as good as farm fresh eggs. Yes, collected early in the morning. Fried over hot butter that is creamy. The taste is incredible and then some.

Future price of eggs is going to be much higher than now. This is due to shortages of grain. It takes a lot of corn to make one egg. For each pound of eggs calculate ten pounds of corn. In that future food will be scarce. My suggestion is the you get some hens for the eggs. It is possible to feed them on left overs.

Hens love to eat table scraps. Also their diet includes bugs and worms. They are not very picky and most of your food waste they can consume.

Are all eggs the same?

Well, some say that all eggs are same. However, I can get regular grocery store eggs for 88 cents a dozen, whereas organic ones cost me $4. That said, organic ones are grown in open range. For me they taste better than the commercial ones. It is now that many persons are worry about their health and try to get better food. I predict massive shortages of food in the future. Future price of our eggs is much higher. This is because eggs are the golden standard for protein. The protein in an egg is very easy to digest.
