Penske is trying to wash and polish the image of Saturn cars. He wants to build parts for the car in the orient and assemble them here at a screw driver factory. This is not to be made fun of. However, it would create most jobs overseas.
Saturn deal with Penske Automotive Group would allow most dealerships to stay open, but at what cost? This is a new type of business model where formerly american cars are made of mostly foreign parts.
