Time travelling man or woman

It could be a time travelling man in drag they say. There is a woman in 1928 talking on a cell phone it appears. Strange as there were no cell phones that year. No cell phone towers either, but perhaps she has a time phone that can dial across eons. Of course, you probably think I am as crazy as a cuckoo clock and then some.
