Retailers in pain. There is a lot of talk of malls going away. Stores are getting crushed by higher taxes and lower prices. Yeah, we are seeing just the tip of the iceberg as we say. Blame if you can... amazon. Friends, they just keep on gaining. OK, so this means less retail players in coming years.
