Just look at all the overpaying in execs. Do they really deserve so much money? Well, we believe that the answer is no. Often top officials fear exposure can cause pay compression. For that reason... they do not want you to know what their salaries are. Please add in stock options as well as other bonuses and you have the top one percent making a giant load of money. Sadly, the result is that they will often force their near minimum wage workers to take cuts in pay.
