corpoRATe rename

Radio Shack drops the radio portion, an infamous tobacco company becomes ALTRIA - sounds like a girl, unlike the Malboro man. Corporate renamings are not that common. OK many may wonder why this takes place. For example, using initials like I.B.M. is faster. However, I feel many renames are about hiding the ugly truth about a company.
