Have you ever noticed that winter comes in small increments. You get a cold snap and it warms up again. However, slowly you realize that each week is a bit colder. It is the same with our economy, because even though we here of things getting better there are less jobs out there. It is wise to gather in summer, to prepare for a long cold winter.
