US companies use more temps instead of perms. Also, they are cutting hours and wages. This is an attempt to reduce expenses. It is more than cutting corners. Survival is at stake now. In fact, this is probably going on in your company. Hopefully, many companies can survive.
What did I predict last year. OK so it was surging energy prices. That is now crushing consumers. It means less spending in the electronics store, but people are still going to the grocery.
