Please remember that we are currently producing a lot of ethanol from corn. Due to substitution this drives up other grain prices. Hey, did I say drives up. Oil is also getting more expensive. This encourages us to use more ethanol fuel made from corn. Sadly, as a result we now have to pay more. Farmers must charge more for milk and eggs. The future price of eggs is going up.
