Home sales rise?

Truly interesting how economist claim that home sales rise means we are exiting a severe recession. I feel that house are now at fire sale prices, but people have little money with which to buy a new home. That said, there are those investors who are scooping up foreclosures at bargain basement prices. OK my take on the whole thing is that we are in for a nasty surprise when investors realize that all is not well.
